- Rub your palms together to generate heat.
- Rest your palms on your face, one on each side, near your nose, with your fingers pointing upwards.
- Let your palms slide upwards to the root of the hair, and then down to the jaw and chin, stroking your face.
- Repeat the movement several times for a few minutes. This exercise serves to relax and is useful for activating blood circulation.
